If you've never eaten pasture-raised pork, you've never really eaten pork! 

We raise a mixture of different heritage breed pigs primarily Red Wattle, Mulefoot, and Large Black breeds. All are renowned for their hardiness, foraging abilities, mother instincts, and trace their lineages to the earliest days of Texas. We interact with our pigs daily which helps to create a gentle, easily handled animal.... up to a point. If a 700 pound pig doesn't want to do something, there isn't much you can do to make it!
